| 摘 要： | 新中国成立后,作为中国共产党第一代领导集体成员和政府总理,周恩来既是我国新文化建设方针、政策的决策者,又是组织进行文化建设的指挥者和实践者。周恩来新文化建设构想与实践活动,内容十分丰富。概括起来,主要有六个方面的特征：一、先进性;二、民族性;三、科学性;四、群众性;五、开放性;六、和谐性。

| Abstract: | After the founding of new China,As a first-generation leadership of the CPC members and the Prime Minister,Zhou Enlai is building China's new culture policy,policy makers,but also a culture of command organizations and practitioners.Organization culture is the command and practitioners.Zhou Enlai's vision and practice of building a new culture,is rich in content.To sum up,there are six main features: A,advanced;second,nationality;three,scientific;four,mass;5,open;six,and harmony. |
