| 摘 要： | 自然垄断问题是中国经济的一个基本问题,如何进行自然垄断产业的市场化改革也逐渐成为学术界讨论的热点问题。在综合当前学术界关于自然垄断的界定及成因问题讨论的基础上,归纳了国内学者关于我国自然垄断产业的特征以及存在问题的讨论,并对这些学者们关于中国自然垄断产业改革的研究进行了述评。
