| 摘 要： | 随着社会的快速转型与变化，高校突发危机事件时有发生，并呈上升趋势，人们已逐渐认识到学校危机管理预防预控的重要性和必要性。文章在阐述高校危机预案类型及制定原则的基础上，对高校危机预控管理机制的构建问题作了分析探讨。

This paper, building on an analysis of types of crisis precautions and their respective principles, addresses how crisis-management mechanisms can be constructed at colleges and universities. |
