农民工市民化进程之理性分析

农民工市民化问题是当今经济和社会生活中的重点问题,它引起了政府部门和学界的极大关注。这个问题对中国的工业化进程和社会进步有着深远影响,是一个必然的发展趋势。但是,就目前情况来看,这个问题的解决在制度性层面和认知层面等方面存在着诸多障碍。因此,现阶段我国尚不具备大规模的农民工市民化的基础。总体来看,农民工市民化的过程必将是一个长期的过程,不可能是急风暴雨式的改革,而应该走渐进式发展道路。

Rational Analysis of Migrant Workers’ Urbanization Path

The migrant workers＇ urbanization in today＇s economy and social life has become predominant. It has attracted the at- tention of the government departments and the academia. The problem has profound influence on China＇s industrialization and so- cial progress and it is an inevitable trend. But, according to the current situation, the resolution of this problem has many obsta- cles in the institutional level and cognitive aspects. Therefore, at present, China still does not have the foundation of migrant workers＇ urbanization on a large scale. Overall, the process of urbanization of farmer workers will be a long - term process. Rath- er than violent, the reform should be gradual.
