| Abstract: | Harmony between man and nature "is the spiritual core of Chinese traditional culture. Through probing this idea, the thesis differentiates the multiple implications in it, points out the root from which the idea developed, and on that basis expounds its exten- sive influences upon Chinese culture and its significance in modern society. |
