大强度运动对大鼠血清一氧化氮合酶活力影响

摘    要:探讨大强度运动对大鼠血清一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活力及血浆游离血红蛋白(Hb)含量的影响,结果显示:大强度运动组大鼠血清NOS活力及血浆游离Hb含量较对照组明显增高(P<0.01).提示长时间大强度运动后发生的血管内溶血的机制可能与NOS活力过高有关.

Abstract:This article discusses the effects of high intensity exercise on the activity of nitric oxide synthesis(NOS) in serum and the content of dissociate hemoglobin(Hb) in the plasma of rats. The results showed the activity of NOS in the serum and the content of dissociate Hb in the plasma of rats were significantly increased in the experiment group than those in the control group. The results suggested that intravascular hemolysis was caused by high intensity exercise, which mechanism might be associated with activity of NOS increased by high intensity exercise.
