“失独”问题的社会学解读

计划生育政策的实施使中国避免了严重的人口危机,但也带来了独生子女家庭的不稳定以及随之而来的"失独"问题。一胎政策、当今社会的高风险性、不合理的家庭教养方式、"失独"老人社会保障的缺失等原因使得"失独"问题日益严重。这一社会问题的缓解,需要国家在宏观方面调整生育政策、完善社会保障措施,也需要独生子女家庭改变家庭教养模式提高独生子女的抗压能力,另外还离不开"失独"老人之间的互助。

Sociological Explanations of the Problem of ＂Losing the Only Child＂

The family planning policy contributes to the avoidance of population crisis in China, but it also brings the problem of ＂losing the only child＂. The one -birth policy, high social risks, irrational family education and deficiency of social security for the old of ＂losing the only child＂ make the problem of ＂losing the only child＂ serious. It is argued that the so- lution to the problem requires the government＇ s adjustment of birth - control policy and perfection of social security measures as well the only child＇ s family＇ s change of family education and the interaction between the old who have lost their only child for the sake of nressure relief.
