浅析影响青少年犯罪形成之家庭因素

我国青少年犯罪已经成为引起社会各界关注的社会问题。据有关资料显示,近年来青少年的犯罪率居高不下并呈现出增长趋势,特别是未成年人犯罪问题越来越低龄化,然而导致青少年违法犯罪的因素很多都与其家庭有着紧密关系。文章试图就家庭因素对青少年犯罪形成的影响及预防对策进行分析,以期能够更好地引导、教育青少年,预防青少年犯罪,使误入歧途的青少年得到更好的改造,重获新生。

Family Factors Affecting the Commission of Juvenile Delinquency

Chinese juvenile delinquency is a social problem that arouses widespread social attention. According to relevant information, the rate of Chinese juvenile delinquency has been high in recent years; and worse still, the criminals＇ ages are going down. It is argued that family factors are related to this phenomenon and that effective work should be done in guiding and educating youngsters and preventing them from committing crimes.
