犯罪学视野下的反社会型人格障碍理论初探

反社会型人格障碍又称为病态人格障碍，它是一类以不顾及他人权利、侵犯他人权利为主要表现的人格障碍类型。由于反社会型人格障碍者实施的犯罪行为较正常人格者实施的犯罪行为相比，更易造成公众的恐慌感，具有极大的社会危害性，因此，对于反社会型人格障碍展开研究，有助于预防此类犯罪的发生，促进社会的和谐进步，极其具有理论和现实意义。本文主要从反社会型人格障碍的主要形成原因、预防对策及矫治方略等几个方面展开初步的研究。

Theory of Antisocial Personality Disorder Research:In View of Criminology

Antisocial personality disorder also know as psychopathic personality disorder,which is a class to disregard the rights of others,vidatting the rights of others as the main mainfestation of the personality disorder types.Antisocial personality disorder as a criminal act and to implement a personality than normal compared to the implementation of criminal acts,causing more panic in the public sense of great social harm,therefore,antisocial personality disorder,this study will help on the prevention of the occurrence of such crime,promote social harmony and progrcss,est of theoretical and practical significance.in this paper, antlsoclal personality disorder from the main causes,preventive measures and treatment strategy of the aspects of preliminary research.
