| 摘 要： | 邓小平就中国"三农"问题,即农业、农村和农民问题所发表的一系列讲话和谈话,形成了其特色鲜明的"三农"思想。邓小平认为,在中国,农业的根本地位始终不能忘,农村的问题应该首先解决,农民的积极性要给予激发和保护,否则,这些问题就会影响到社会主义现代化建设的顺利发展。在新的历史时期,我们必须以邓小平的"三农"思想为指导,采取综合性的措施,以解决日益突出的"三农"问题。
