客观真实作为证明标准的主体应予坚持

The author presents that "legel facts" are not "natural being" n amed the things happened, but the correct facts of the judicial staff achieved. To employ the proof standard "objective facts" is the requirem ent of judicial principle based on objective facts. The proof standard in lawsu it should be objective standard in principle. We should uphold the facts in truth-o rientation and value-orientation during the selecting proof standard.
