边界在国家之间、动物的群体之间以及人类社会中是一个广泛存在的现象。边界的一个重要功能是:对内构成安全、认同和信任;对外构成识别的标志,避免越界和冲突。边界是和谐的前提。以边界的视角来看待我国转型时期和谐社会的建构,财产权的界定与保护,政府权力的边界与责任,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要方面,而这两者又有赖于法治和宪政的推进与完善。
