青少年犯罪矫治的社会工作介入机制研究

分析指出,我国的矫治社会工作经长期的实践形成了社会帮教、工读教育、劳动教养、社会处遇以及狱中矫治等特色实践形式。对于推动青少年犯罪矫治社会工作专业化、职业化的发展具有十分积极的意义。研究认为在青少年犯罪问题上,应在遵循对未成年人实行教育、感化、挽救方针的前提下,结合我国青少年犯罪的实际情况,最大限度地推动青少年司法、矫治制度等社会工作介入机制的完善和本土化。

On interfered mechanism of social work in juvenile delinquency correction

After long-term practice,the correction of social work in our country forms social help and education,work-study education,social place and prison correction and so on.These can promote the social work of juvenile delinquency to be professional.The study suggests that we should promote the judicature of juvenile delinquency and correction system to be perfect on the basis of carrying out education,reform education and remedy.
