| 摘 要： | 从分析宏观调控政策对近几年重庆市房地产市场的影响出发，依据重庆1999-2005年的房地产开发与经济发展数据，运用灰色关联度分析法，研究了房地产投资与融资、供给与需求、需求与经济因素等相互关系，为制定新的房地产调控政策提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | The impact of macro-regulatory policies on the real estate market in Chongqing during the recent years being analyzed,and based on the data of the real estate development or the related economic indicators in Chongqing from 1999 to 2005,the relationships between the investment and financing,the supply and demand,the demand and the related economic factors are studied by using the grey correlative degree analysis.The empirical results provide some reference for making the new macro-control polices in the real estate market. |
