| 摘 要： | 大学生创业大赛是对大学创业能力的综合检验,由于受时间的约束、评委专业背景差异、创业团队现场发挥等因素的影响,使大学生创业大赛评价结果偏差较大.为提高大学生创业大赛评价结果的客观性、准确性和公正性, 减少大学生创业大赛评价结果偏差,笔者在对创业者特征、创业团队创业品质、素质和能力的关系研究的基础上,归纳出创业团队创业能力综合评价指标体系,并建立了大学生创业大赛中创业团队创业能力综合评价模型.
