| 摘 要： | 在引入对外经济发展力和经济开放度概念的前提下,运用主成分分析模型、聚类分析模型、自回归模型,评价、预测河南外向经济发展水平在全国位置的变化趋势,提出今后外向经济发展的战略思路,包括进一步深化外贸体制改革,加快产品结构、市场结构和贸易结构的调整;加大引进外资力度,努力提高吸引外资的质量;抓特色出口商品,走出中部内陆省份出口新路子。

| Abstract: | The article lead a conception of foreign economy developm ent abilities and economy opening levels.Apply Principal Components Analysis Forecast to appraise and calculate vary trend of Henan foreign economy development in Location of all China,make a strategic thinking for foreign economy development in the future and go further into deepening reform of for-eign system,speed up production structures,market structures and adjustment of trade structures;enhance leading into invest-ment,improve the quality of foreign investment;pay special attention to export characteristic commodities,go a new road out of middle part of inland province. |
