| 摘 要： | 苏联党和政府在改革过程中提出了“公开性”原则 ,成为苏联改革理论的重要内容。在“公开性”原则的指导下 ,苏联社会出现了空前的“公开化”运动。“公开性”原则及“公开化”运动 ,对苏联改革乃至苏联命运产生了深远影响。
