| 摘 要： | 1997年，英国工党重返执政之位，与之密切相关的英国职工大会（TuC）选择了扮演工党政府的“社会伙伴”关系的角色。一方面，英国职工大会自身的资源条件为其扮演社会伙伴角色提供了可能性；另一方面，英国国内社会结构的变化、工党纲领及其执政后制度环境的变化对英国职工大会“社会伙伴”政治参与模式的形成起了重要作用。

| Abstract: | The coming back into power of Labor Party in 1997 marks a new beginning for Trade Unions Congress. TUC mainly plays the role of social partner for supervision and advisory in the political process,maintaining an appropriate input to the political system. The different political participation of Trade Union Congress is mainly caused by the changes in the British social class structure,in the political platforms of the Labor Party and in the government policies. |
