| 摘 要： | 我国的城市社区建设 ,利益是最重要的驱动力 ,只有大力推进社区服务事业 ,形成社区居民的利益互动 ,社区才会成为真正意义上的共同体 ,社区建设才能合乎规律地发展。当前 ,城市化的发展为社区建设提供了重要的历史机遇 ,我们应该在不断完善和提升现有社区服务质量的基础上 ,在观念、政策和体制等方面创新 ,使城市社区服务不断取得进展

| Abstract: | Benefit is the key motive in urban community construction. Only by improving community services and shaping up reciprocal effect among residents, can a community become a real unity and get sound development. Urbanization supplies favorable chances for community construction, community services should be improved and perfected, thus, leading to the formation of civilized community. |
