刍议大学新生成长教育模式

新生成长、成才教育是高校教育工作者的基础环节,那么如何探索出一套持久有效的新生成才教育模式,对于新时期大学生思想政治教育工作有着极其重要的意义。作为高校教师,我们应该着重从入学教育、班集体建设、关注特殊群体、心理健康教育、专业学习指导和职业生涯指导规划等六个方面着手,努力为大学生的成长、成才创造条件,帮助学生为未来的四年学习生活奠定基础。

The Growth Education Mode of Freshmen

The growth and the talent education of freshmen is the foundation link in the instructor’s job,how to find out an effective education mode for freshmen is significant in ideological and political education of the new era.As instructors to freshmen,we should begin from entrance education,class construction,paying attention to special groups,psychological health education,the instruction of professional learning,and professional career guaidance,and work hard to provide conditions for students’ growth,and help them lay foundation for their future four years’ study.
