| 摘 要： | 非营利组织在世界经济和社会生活中起着越来越重要的作用,促使传统的三大部门的划分:政府部门为第一部门、私人企业为第二部门、非营利组织为第三部门,向两类组织转化:第一类为营利组织即企业;第二类统称为非营利组织,包括政府非营利组织和私人非营利组织。在知识经济和服务经济到来的令天,系统地探讨这两种非营利组织的职能、特征及其管理,对如何从服务管理的角度,发展和管理我国各种社会机构具有战略性的启示。

| Abstract: | The non-profit organizations play more and more important role in the world economy and social life. The three traditional departments, the governmental institutions , the private enterprises and the non-profit organizations begin to be grouped into two categories: the profit organizations or enterprises and the non-profit organizations (governmental and private). With the advent of the knowledge economy and service economy, a study of the functions, characteristics and management of the non-profit organizations (governmental and private) is of theoretical and practical significance for therein strategic inspiration would be drawn for developing and managing the nonprofit organization of today's China. |
