摘    要:滥用权力、漠视权利导致教师权威的异化,使学生、教师奴性化。有效、理性的教师权威必须建立在权力的行使、利益的获得与权利所赋予的义务、责任相一致的前提下。新课程为教师权利和权力的实施提供了发展的时空,更需要教师确立以服务学生、成为平等中的“首席”、不断创新为基础的新权威。

Abstract:Abuse of power and neglect of rights alienate teacher' s authority and enslave both students and teachers. Effective and reasonable authoritativeness demands that teachers' power and rights should be in agreement with the duties and obligations they entail. The new curriculum not only provides considerable scope for the exercise of teachers' rights and power, but also requires that teachers should become new authorities by playing a "dominant" role in serving students on equal terms and maintaining their creativity.
