| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,人大选举制度不断改革和完善;人大工作制度和运行机制不断创新和完善。人大制度发展30年的历程充分证明,人民代表大会制度是符合中国国情、体现中国社会主义国家性质、能够保证中国人民当家作主的最好政权组织形式,是党在国家政权中充分发扬民主、贯彻群众路线的最好途径,也是我们全面建设小康社会、实现中华民族伟大复兴的可靠制度保证。人民代表大会制度将在我国政治社会生活中发挥更大作用。
