| 摘 要： | 在影响发展中国家贸易发展的诸多因素中 ,制度是最重要的因素之一。本文从产权制度、教育制度和国家作用等方面分析了制度对发展中国家贸易的影响 ,并从产业发展、专业化分工、政府行为等方面探讨了制度变迁对贸易发展所起到的作用。作为一个典型的发展中国家 ,中国的贸易发展受制度因素的影响是非常明显的。中国的贸易发展过程验证了制度因素在发展中国家贸易的作用。

| Abstract: | Of various factors influencing the trade development in developing countries, system is an essential factor. Through an analysis of the system of the property right, the education system and the role of the state, the author discusses the influence of the changes of the system related to industrial development, the special division of labor and the government policy on the trade development. Being a typical developing country, China's trade business is under the strong influence of the system and its process has testified the role of the system in the trade development of the developing countries. |
