| 摘 要： | 剩余经济是体制转轨过程中需求制度逐步硬化、供给体制受计划体制负效应影响仍过分僵化而引致的,总供给大于总需求的一种经济形态,它是计划经济向市场经济转轨时期必经的历史阶段,具有相对性、结构性和过渡性的特点。文章从理论上剖析了短缺经济向剩余经济的转化机理,并对剩余经济的特性作了概括;在分析过程中还提出并阐述了需求制度硬化、短缺经济的延续与消亡、剩余经济的实现等概念和观点。

| Abstract: | Surplus economy is a form of economy in which the total surplus is larger than the total demand as the result of system transformation. when we demand system gradually becomes hardening and the supply system is still regid under the negative influence of the planning system. It is an inevitable period in the process of transformation from the 17fanned economy to the marker economy which is relative, structural and transitional in nature. In this paper, the mechanism of the transformation from shortage economy to surplus economy is analyzed in theory, and the concepts and viewpoints, such as the demand system hardening, and the realization of surplus economy are also proposed and expounded. |
