| 摘 要： | 现代资本结构理论表明,公司资本结构确实影响公司价值。本文以宁夏上市公司为样本,选取1999—2003年间的各项相关资料,为寻求优化资本结构的途径,通过实证分析,找出了影响宁夏上市公司资本结构的主要因素:盈利能力下降、企业规模扩张及股权错位。

| Abstract: | The theory of modern capital structure indicate the corporate structure really influences company's value. This text, talking listed company of Ningxia as samples, has chosen relevant materials from 1999 to 2003, in order to seek the way to optimize the structure of capital.This artical,through real example analysis, has found out the main factors influencing the capital structure of listed company of Ningxia, namely, profit ability drop, enterprise scale enlargement, and stock right misplaces. |
