| 摘 要： | 培养创新型外语人才是知识社会的时代诉求。是高校外语教育建设创新型国家的历史使命。我国创新型外语人才培养的分层次特色培育模式及其未来走势．把培养高水平创新型外语人才定位为高校外语教育的永恒追求。高水平创新型外语人才的培育。是一项系统工程。建立由高校外语教师“我”系统的白循环机制和“我-你”世界双轨互动运行的外循环机制组成的双轮驱动机制．是高校外语教育培养高水平创新型外语人才的现实抉择。
