| 摘 要： | 第一产业占GDP比例偏高,第二、三产业的比例相对偏低,是新疆兵团产业结构的显著特征。通过对兵团产业结构进行偏离——份额分析,该文发现兵团下属十四个生产师可划分为四种类型,除农八师等四个师外,其它生产师均存在产业结构有待优化、生产要素的产出效率不高等问题。兵团应以加快发展第二、三产业,提高各师的资源利用效率为当前经济政策的重点。

| Abstract: | The proportion of the first industry in GDP is higher than the second and third industry.This is a significant characteristic to the industrial structure of BINGTUAN.Through the shift-share analysis,14 divisions subrdinated to BING TUAN can be divided into four categories.Except the 8th division and other three divisions,there are some flaws either on industrial structure or of low efficiency in the rest divisions.So,accelerating the development of the second and third industry and raising the efficiency of the resource utility should be put a priority in the economic policies of BINGTUAN. |
