| 摘 要： | 加强党的执政能力建设是时代提出的要求,是历史赋予的伟大使命。要把党的执政能力建设落到实处,必须强调要在发展中加强党的执政能力建设。本文在执政能力建设的新形势、执政能力建设之内涵和如何在发展中提高执政能力建设等方面进行初步的探讨。
