韩偓与江湖诗派

江湖诗派在推崇贾岛姚合的同时也效法韩偓的香奁诗,部分诗作题材上叙写女性及恋情,风格婉丽缠绵,这在较少描写爱情的宋诗中显得颇为突出。江湖诗派内部学习姚贾、许浑与学习韩偓两种创作倾向并存,这表明江湖诗人对晚唐诗的两种主要风格都比较看重,学习的是全面意义上的晚唐。

Han Wo and the River-and Lake School

The poets of the River-and Lake School held Jia Dao and Yao He in high esteem for their poems.Meanwhile,they followed the style of Han Wo's poems,featured by mainly describing young women's daily life,especially their making up and dressing style.Part of the poems of the River-and Lake Group shared the same theme on women and love affairs in a graceful and sentimental style.This has been conspicuous among the poems of the Song Dynasty,which seldom touched the topic of women and love affairs.Among the poems in the River-and Lake Group,two tendencies,one following the style of Jia Dao,Yao He and Xu Hun and the other following the style of Han Wo,existing at the same time,which indicated that the poets of the River-and Lake Group laid special emphasis on both the dominating styles of the late Tang Dynasty and comprehensively followed these two styles.
