功能主义理论与东亚的一体化进程

功能主义和新功能主义理论在欧洲的统一过程中发挥了重要的作用，而该理论的适用是需要条件的；在当前全球化的发展过程中，东亚的区域合作存在具大的潜力。文章通过对比欧洲一体化与东亚的区域合作过程，运用功能主义理论分析东亚的区域合作前景：一方面，东亚的一体化会进一步发展；另一方面，东亚区域化关系发展需要克服的矛盾很多，东亚区域一体化的进程，必然是一个长期的和逐步推进的过程。

The Functionalism Theory and the East Asian Integration Process

Functionalism and neo-functionalism theories played an important role in the process of European integration .But those theories cannot be applied without certain conditions .In the process of globalization ,the regional cooperation in the East Asia has great potential .Comparing the European integration with the East Asian regional cooperation process ,this paper analyzes the prospect of regional cooperation in the East Asia by means of functionalism theory .On the one hand ,the integration of the East Asia will be further developed .On the other hand ,in order to de-velop the East Asian regional relations ,it is necessary to overcome a lot of contradictions ,which means the East Asian regional integration process must be a long and gradual process .
