WTO视角下区域贸易协定问题探析

近年来，世界贸易组织（WTO）内的谈判举步维艰，与此同时，区域贸易谈判不断蓬勃发展，而且已成为加速国家经济与世界经济接轨的桥梁。文章的焦点集中于区域贸易协定兴起的原因，并在此基础上探讨了区域贸易协定与WTO之间的关系，分析了我国在面对区域贸易协定时应如何进行战略选择，以期能够帮助我国更好地解决WTO和区域贸易协定之间的关系问题。

An Analysis on the Issue of Regional Trade Agreements from the Perspective of the WTO

In recent years ,negotiations within the WTO have been difficult to be carried to suc-cess .Meanwhile ,as a bridge to accelerate the integration between national economy and global e-conomy ,regional trade negotiations are having a great boom .This paper focuses on the reasons w hy the regional trade agreements are booming ,on the basis of w hich ,it explores the relationship between the regional trade agreements and the WTO ,and analyses the possible strategic options w hen China is faced with the issue of the regional trade agreements so as for China to solve the problem of the relationship between the regional trade agreements and the WTO .
