跨文化管理与企业竞争优势

摘    要:通过比较中国、德国、日本和美国几个国家民族的文化特点以及经营方式和价值理念,研究了跨文化管理在管理创新、提高差异化竞争优势、优化组织结构以及改善组织学习等几个方面的积极作用,阐述了跨文化管理有利于企业在资源整合、市场营销诸方面更加符合本土化经营,达到相互间的沟通和互融,提升企业的国际竞争力。

Abstract:By comparing the culture properties, the management modes and the value concept among China, Germany, Japan and the United States of American, this paper studies the important roles of cross-cultural management in management innovation, increasing the competition advantages of difference, optimizing the organizational structures as well as improving the organizational learning. The research shows that cross-cultural management is beneficial to the localization of the business management on resources allocating and marketing, getting easy and unstinting communication and promoting the corporation's international competence of competition.
