| Abstract: | Investigation on the evolution of Corporate Reorganization System, and comparison of this system with the present Bankruptcy Composition System in China and Bankruptcy Ratification System for State-owned enterprises, may well illustrate the great necessity of establishing of establishing China's Corporate Reorganization System . Some problems about Corporate Reorganization System should be solved by legislation. |
