| 摘 要： | “以人为本”是我们党提出的科学发展观的基本价值取向,也是我们做好一切工作必须坚持的基本价值取向,因此正确理解这一基本价值取向,是树立和落实科学发展观的前提。本文拟对“以人为本”价值取向的哲学内涵和现实依据作以深入探讨,以对我们理解和实践科学发展观有些裨益。

| Abstract: | "People-Oriented" concept is the basic value proposed by the Communist Party of China,and is also the basic value we adhere to do all the work.Therefore,understanding the basic value is the prerequisite to establish and implement the scientific concept of development.This paper is intended to make a discussion about philosophical foundation and realistic basis of the "People-Oriented" concept so as to benefit the understanding and practicing of the scientific concept of development. |
