资源约束对青岛市经济增长的影响

资源投入是经济增长的基础，各种资源投入的数量和比例会对经济增长产生重大的决定性影响。基于道格拉斯生产函数模型建立了青岛市经济增长的资源因素影响模型，并运用1990‐2012年间的相关数据，分析劳动力资源、外资资源、内资资源、进口资源以及全要素生产率对青岛市经济增长的影响程度和贡献率。研究发现：资本资源中的内资是目前青岛市经济增长的主导力量，其次是人力资本，而全要素生产率、外资和进口资源的贡献率较低，青岛市仍是资本拉动型的粗放型经济增长模式。因此，必须提高全要素生产率和人力资本对青岛市经济增长的贡献，实现经济增长方式转变，同时合理利用资本资源和国外资源。

Influence of Resource Constraints on Qingdao’s Economic Growth

Resources are the basis of economic growth ,and its amount and proportion in use have decisive effects on economic growth .In light of Douglas production function ,resource factors model in Qingdao’s economic growth was established .With a‐nalysis of the data from the year 1990 to 2012 ,the influence of the resource constraints on Qingdao’s economic grow th and the contribution rate was analyzed .The resource constraints include labor force ,foreign capital ,national capital ,import resources and total factor productivity .It is concluded that the primary leading force in Qingdao’s economic grow th is domestic capital , immediately followed by human capital as the secondly important force .The contributions by total factor productivity ,foreign investment and import resources are low ,which shows that Qingdao is still following extensive economic growth model driven by capital .To realize the transformation of the economic growth mode and the reasonable use of both capital resources and for‐eign resources ,contribution made by total factor productivity and human capital must be enhanced .
