| 摘 要： | 针对高等学校教材建设中存在的缺乏系统性、时效性等问题,指出了新时期高等学校教材建设要科学规划、突出重点。探讨了提高教材建设质量要发挥优势、强化特色、注重质量等的措施及对策。建立具有一定特色的高校教材建设与管理机制。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the existing problems such as lacking of system and timeliness in textbook construction in higher education institutions,it points out that the textbook construction should be of scientific planning and focused.It dwells on that the improving of textbook quality should exert advantages,emphasize characteristics and puts forward some corresponding measures and the textbook construction and management mechanism. |
