| 摘 要： | 产权制度是所有权排他性失效之后 ,为了解决外在性和社会成本无人承担的问题 ,实现资源的有效配置而对权利关系予以界定、规范和维护的制度安排。交易成本是界定和维护产权必须支付的费用。我国的产权制度变革既是为了节约交易成本 ,也是为了获得制度收益。

| Abstract: | The property right system is the system arrangment which define, criterion and vindicate the right relation in order to resolve the problem of externality and nobody assuming the costs of society, realize the effectual adjustment of resource after the rejection of owership abating. The cost of trade is paid for classifying and maintaining owership. The transformation of owership is not only for the cost of trade but the income of system. |
