明代书院举业化探析

自书院诞生之日起,其与科举的关系就是一个敏感的话题。在很长一段历史时期里,众多书院一直游离于科举之外。及至明代中后期,书院与科举之间的界限逐渐模糊,随着政府对书院控制的加强,书院的举业化程度也日益加深,逐渐沦为科举的附庸,其身上原有的光彩也因此而日渐黯淡。

From the day of the emergence of the ancient academy,its relation with imperial examinations is a sensitive topic.During a long period of time,lots of the ancient academies had dissociated from imperial examinations.By the middle and later periods of Ming Dynasty,the demarcation line between the academy and imperial examinations got fuzzy.With the gradual enhancement of the government control over the ancient academy,the ancient academy became dependent on imperial examinations gradually,and its splendor became duller and duller.
