和谐社会视阈下矛盾性思维刍议

矛盾性思维，指坚持用矛盾的观点去分析和解决问题的一种辩证思维方式。构建社会主义和谐社会，各级领导者应当积极主动地正视矛盾、化解矛盾，最大限度地增加和谐因素，减少不和谐因素，不断促进社会和谐。本文从正视矛盾是构建和谐社会的思维度、化解矛盾是构建和谐社会的价值诉求、协调利益是构建和谐社会的深层动因三个方面，论述了领导者在正视矛盾与化解矛盾的联结中促进社会和谐，进一步发展中国特色社会主义伟大事业问题。

A Brief Discussion on Contradictive Thinking from the Perspective of a Harmonious Society

Contradictive thinking is a dialectical thinking way which analyzes and solves problems by using contradictive point of view. To construct a harmonious socialist society,leaders at all levels should directly look up contradictions and try to iron them out,maximally adding positive factors and reducing negative ones and boosting social harmony continuously. Based on the understanding that emphasizing contradictions is the thinking dimensionality,that reducing contradictions is the value appeal,and that balancing benefits is the deep basis to construct a harmonious society,this paper discusses the problems of the leaders in their effort to emphasize and reduce contradictions and further to build up our country into a socialist one with Chinese characteristics.
