商品房面积误差纠纷处理办法探析

摘    要:指出商品房面积误差是购房者投诉热点问题,开发商往往单方面规定面积误差处理办法,不利于保护购房者合法权益,分析现行相关行政规章制度难以解决面积误差问题,提出解决面积误差应采取的措施和对策。

Abstract:The commodity apartment area error is always the house-buyers' hot sues topics,the developer stipulate area error processing means unilaterally,which does not protect the buyers' legitimate rights and interests effectively.This paper analyzes present administrative rules and regulations and points out difficulty to solve the area difference problem by them,then proposes countermeasure we should adopt to solve area error.
