全面建设小康社会下的利益关系调整

全面建设小康社会实质上就是使全体人民经济、政治、文化等利益不断增加的过程,同时也是使各利益主体既得利益差距逐渐缩小的过程。当前,中国虽总体上达到小康水平,但是低水平的、不全面的、不平衡的小康。针对现阶段各利益主体既得利益不平衡现象,以十六大报告为指导,从坚持最大多数人的根本利益、大力发展生产力和完善再分配制度三个方面提出解决问题的思路。

Building a well-off society means that all the people will continuous gain their benefit of politics?economy and culture,that a process that the gap of benefit among all classes is reducing.Nowadays,China nearly reaches the well-off standards,but the standards are low-level,not all-round and unbalanced.Based on imbalanced benefit, the article tries to solve the problem from insisting on the basic benefit of the majority,developing productivity and improving distribution system,according to the report to the 16th national congress of the CPC.
