| 摘 要： | 职教师资的培养是师范院校的一种新的培养模式。这种模式的构建就是在“双师型”教师保障下，引入职业资格标准，优化整合教学内容和课程体系，以“三证”融通人才为培养目标。打造新型的师范培养模式，它不仅为师范院校提供了新的发展契机，更为学生提供了广泛的就业渠道。
