| 摘 要： | 毛泽东同志历来重视思想政治教育管理工作,他在前人相关论述的基础上,结合革命实践,提出了富于创造性的思想政治教育管理思想。"政治工作是一切经济工作的生命线"的论断显示了毛泽东对思想政治教育管理思想重要性的认识;"支部建在连上"是毛泽东关于思想政治教育组织管理的核心思想;"政策和策略是党的生命"凸显了毛泽东关于思想政治教育管理方法的标准性论断;实践是检验真理的唯一标准是毛泽东关于思想政治教育管理评估理论的核心。

| Abstract: | MAO Ze-dong always attached importance to the administration work of ideological and political education.Based on the related statements of the predecessors,combining with revolutionary practice,he put forward creative concepts regarding ideological and political education management： 1.＂Political work is the lifeblood of all economic work＂——his acknowledgement of the importance of the education management thoughts;2.＂Branches are set up on a company basis＂——his core thought on the organization and management of the education;3.＂Policy and strategy are the life of the Party＂——his standard argument regarding education management method;4.＂Practice is the sole criterion of truth＂——his core theory of management evaluation. |
