| 摘 要： | 投资于企业人力资本的各个不同主体构成了企业人力资本投资主体系统 ,系统的产出必然要受各要素或子系统互动作用的影响 ,如果某一投资主体的投资行为出现偏差 ,必将影响企业人力资本存量的形成。本文对企业人力资本投资的主体结构进行了探讨 ,寻求使相关投资主体的投资行为合理配置、协调作用的方式 ,以促进我国企业高质量人力资本存量的形成。

| Abstract: | Different main bodies investing in enterprise human capital constitute the main-body system of enterprise human capital. And the output of the system is inevitably affected by different factors or the interaction of subsystems. If there occurs an error in the behavior of the investy main-body, it will affect the formation of the accumulation of enterprise human capital. The article explores the structure of the main-bodies investment in enterprise human capital,seeks a pattern which makes a reasonable deployment and coordination of the investment behavior of the associated main bodies for the purpose of advancing the formation of human capital accumulation of quality in our enterprises. |
