生态农业发展的伦理诉求

本文从伦理视阈探讨发展生态农业的重要性。一是提出农业发展中的生态环境恶化问题;二是发展生态农业的伦理意蕴,从人与自然和谐发展是中国传统伦理文化精华、发展生态农业是生态伦理学的重要思想、发展生态农业是“以人为本”科学发展观的重要体现等方面进行分析;三是提出科学发展生态农业的对策,认为应从加大农村生态环境保护的宣传力度,加强农村中小学校环境道德教育,加快生态环境保护的立法和普法工作,增加生态农业生产的政策性保护,普及和提高农民农技和环境科学文化知识,加强防污治污的环境保护措施建设等六个方面展开。

Ethical Appeals of Ecological Agriculture Development

The essence for the countryside and a farmer is how to solve farming's problem and how to develop agriculture.Agriculture is not only the foundation,but also the root for the planning of country and livelihood of the people.Urbanization of the countryside solve mainly problems for surplus labour and modernization of the country.Countryside,a farmer and agriculture will lose their ground of existence if they depart from the development of agricuture.The article aims at solving problems for country,a farmer and agriculture.It argues that ecological agriculture is of great importance from ethical field of vision.The article divides into three parts: First,it points out question that ecological environment deteriorates in agriculture.Second,it analyzes the ethical meaning in ecological agriculture,consisting of the essence of Chinese traditional culture,important ideas of ecological ethics,and the display of view of scientific development,etc.Third,it points out corresponding countermeasures for ecological agriculture.These measures include publicity about ecological environmental protection,strengthening morality in elementary school and secondary school,speeding up legislating and making publicity on environmental protection,adding protection to policy in ecological agriculture,popularization and raising peasents'knowledge and skill of science and culture,adopting measures preventing environmental pollution,ect.
