基于哲学与文化视阈中的农业科技问题

农业科技的发展与应用不仅是科技问题，还是哲学文化问题。从文化与哲学的视野关注农业科技与文化有利于农村社会的全面发展。以往的农业科技问题研究只是突出了农业科技体制视角、农业科技生产力视角、农业科技与自然文化的视角。这些研究的缺陷是对农业科技发展在农村社会中的应有地位把握不够准确和全面，导致农业科技在农村社会发展中出现矛盾，不能充分发挥作用。因此，农业科技发展应从哲学与文化的层面重新审视，关注中西农业科技文化史的比较，关注农业科技与农村文化的关系，从综合研究向政策策略过渡，促进科技体制与科技服务的更新。

Issues of Agricultural Science and Technology on the Philosophical and Cultural Views

The development and application of agricultural science and technology is not only the question of science and technology but also of philosophy and culture.The concern of agricultural science and technology and culture from the perspective of philosophy and culture is conducive to the overall development of rural society and the building of a harmonious society in rural areas.Previous research in agricultural science and technology issues only highlights the perspectives of the system of agricultural science and technology,the productivity of agricultural science and technology and the natural cultural of agricultural science and technology.The shortcomings of the research are not accurate and comprehensive enough on understanding the status of the development of agricultural technology in rural areas,Hence they resulted in the conflict between development of agricultural science and technology and rural society and made the agricultural science and technology play its parts to the full impossible.We should understand the development of agricultural science and technology from the perspective of philosophy and culture,concern about the comparison of cultural history of agricultural science and technology between China and the Western and the relation between agricultural technology and rural culture,strengthen strategy study so as to promoting the service system of agricultural science and technology.
