旅行社客户会员制的博弈分析

摘    要:当前旅行社与游客信息不对称所产生的旅游诚信及旅游市场恶性循环问题较多,可以通过采取基于旅行社客户会员制的市场自律措施予以克服。旅行社实行会员制有其理论依据和现实意义。通过单次和重复博弈分析可以看出,只要保证交易双方的主体不断进行重复博弈,就可以保证整个交易有效的进行和互惠。旅行社实行会员制,以更加诚信的姿态和游客合作可以增加社会诚信存量,可以促进旅游市场更加和谐有序地发展,有利于旅游市场的繁荣。

Abstract:Membership as the market autonomy measure can solve the traveling good faith and the traveling market vicious circle question because of the travel agency and the tourist asymmetry information.The paper analyzed the theory basis and the practical significance when the travel agency implement membership.Through the single and the repeted gambling analysis,thought so long as the guarantee transaction both sides main body unceasingly carrieson repeted gambling,it may guarantee entire transaction effective carrying on with the reciprocal benefit.If the travel agencies implement membership and cooperate with tourists by the good faith posture,they may increase the social good faith storage quantity.The travel market will be harmonious and prosperity.
