| 摘 要： | 运用自编的"保险营销人员心理素质测评量表"对223名保险营销人员进行测试,并对测试结果进行统计分析,提出我国保险营销人员基本心理素质结构应该包括的四项内容自我调控能力、成就动机、社会适应性、创造性.进一步的研究还表明,该问卷具有较好的信度和效度,可以作为选拔和评价保险营销人员时的有效测评工具之一.

| Abstract: | Questionnaire have been used in the research. With 223 insurance sellers as research objects, I have collected 202 useful questionnaires. After the data have been analyzed by using SAS software, we get the result that insurance sellers' psychological disposition including 4 factors: self-regulation and self-control, achievement motives, social adaptation, creativity. In addition, A insurance seller's psychological disposition have effect on his insurance performance. - |
