试析苏俄建国后影响苏美建交的几大障碍

苏俄建国以后,苏俄为苏美关系正常化进行了努力,但美国对苏采取了不承认政策,而且美国为两国建立外交关系设置了重重障碍,也由于两国在意识形态方面的对立,以及苏俄政府自身的因素,从而使得双方在16年里没有能就建交问题达成一致。除了以上的主观因素外,还存在着因两国经济实力的变化而导致两国未能建交的客观因素。
